Austin, Texas, is one of the best places to live in the whole country, but this position comes with a price that everyone should know.  Austin real state has a price of $156 per square foot, making it the most expensive real estate in Texas.

However, there are cities such as Dallas that has a real estate of $125 per square foot, and Houston with a real estate of $110 per square foot. These cities also offer a higher-than-average real estate prices, and this is because they are major American Cities.

Louisiana

  • Lowest price: $106/square foot. This price represents a national average of 94.6% – Austin.
  • Average price: $117/square foot. This price represents a national average of 104.5%- Oklahoma City.
  • Highest price: $92/square foot. This price represents a national average of 82.1% – Norman.
